Best Rocky Mountain Wedding Venues
Congratulations! You or perhaps someone close to you is engaged and you’re most likely here because you’re looking for the perfect venue to say your vows. The Rocky Mountains have a plethora of beautiful wedding venues so the choices can sometimes feel overwhelming. I compiled a list of my favorite venues as a photographer to hopefully make your choice a little easier, or save you some time! This is based on actually photographing weddings at those venues and my own personal assessment of the venue based on multiple factors. Venues did not pay me to be featured on this blog post! Whether you’re looking for a mountain venue, forested venue, or the wedding venue in the city I have you covered! So in no particular order… here we go!

Lyons Riverbend
Lyons, Colorado
It’s the uniqueness of this venue which first struck me. A beautiful river winding through the red rock along the Front Range of northern Colorado is something you don’t get a lot of here. This is a newer venue, which also means it is more up to date if you like a modern aesthetic for your day. I loved the natural features how easy it was to navigate this venue. Not to mention the incredible natural light inside the reception space!
Spruce Mountain Events
Larkspur, Colorado
Normally I never put a venue on this list which would host multiple events at once, but Spruce Mountain Ranch feels very different in that regard. It’s really two separate venues, but located on the same property. They’re so far apart on this expansive property, and so well cared for that you would never know another wedding could be happening at the same time as yours. Every part of the Spruce Mountain Ranch is meticulously cared for.
Antelope Trails Ranch
Jackson Hole, Wyoming
No need for National Park permits for the Tetons or fighting with crowds when your privately rented luxury ranch is literally on the line of the public lands and the Snake River. I could never say enough good about Antelope Trails Ranch and truly it will give you the outdoor wedding experience of dreams.
