Summer Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding

Eva and Cameron got married in a religious ceremony before their day back at home in Los Angeles. They described it best as intimate and peaceful. Their wedding was very different. Cameron was once stationed in Colorado Springs so this place meant a lot for them as they chose where to get married. A destination wedding was it for nearly everyone who attended. Their family and friends all traveled from around the world to attend their day.

The first thing I noticed was hundreds of colorful flowers surrounding the venue. Eva loved color and made sure every corner of Spruce Mountain Ranch was positively bursting with it! After getting ready the couple shared an intimate first touch before having their symbolic ceremony on the hillside overlooking the beautiful front range of Colorado.

Family portraits are traditionally taken at weddings because having all your loved ones in a single place at a single time is very special, but even more with Eva and Cameron whose loved ones flew in from around the world. Eva’s family is French and while Cameron hardly spoke any French, he wrote his vows to Eva in French and bashfully recited them in front of their 70+ guests in attendance.

Later the couple enjoyed cocktail hour with the most adorable beverage burro before dinner in Albert’s Lodge at the venue. They danced under the string lights on the patio before I said goodnight.
