Gunstock Mountain Wedding
Casey and Patrick grew up almost alongside each other, and finally met as adults. They’ve been together for almost their entire adult lives and decided to tie the knot at the beautiful Gunstock Mountain Resort in the NH Lake’s Region. I truly believe that the summit of Gunstock affords one of the best views from all NH ski resorts with Lake Winnipesauke in the distance. Timing for their wedding day was smack dab in the middle of peak fall foliage.
The day began at two AirBnbs almost right next to each other. The old Victorian homes captured the vintage fall vibe Casey was going for perfectly. She worked tirelessly for months on making her details beautiful. They opted to not see each other until walking down the aisle after riding up the chair lift at Gunstock. It was a fun challenge to be sure Patrick didn’t see her on the chairlift with her dad before the ceremony!
They were married by a family friend and accompanied down the aisle on ukulele by a member of the wedding party. The sun was starting to set a little earlier revealing the most beautiful golden hour at the summit for their portraits. Their New England wedding was not complete without Casey throwing a football into the crowd in lieu of her bouquet before the party started!
